Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement. To be eligible, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues promptly through our Contact Page. Requests submitted after a reasonable period from delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases where products are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
